Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Flower Shop Studio LLC (the “Company”). These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the service and constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Description of the Service
Our company provides floral arrangement deliveries and event florals services to customers who wish to decorate their homes, businesses, or events. We also provide consulting services to help customers plan their floral decor.
4. Ordering
Orders for our services can be made through our website, by phone or email. When placing an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information about the desired arrangements or event, including the date, time, location, and any specific requirements.
If the customer fails to provide the correct delivery information (such as an incorrect address or phone number), and we are unable to complete the delivery, a redelivery fee (depending on address location) will be charged to the customer, and they have 24 hours to submit the corrected delivery address. A refund cannot be submitted at this time.
5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancelations
Payment for our goods and services can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.
For event services, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to hold the date. A 50% deposit is required at least 30 days before the event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation of an event service order within two weeks (14 calendar days) before the event will forfeit the 50% deposit. If the order has been paid in full and the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the scheduled event, 50% of the total cost will be charged and the rest will be refunded.
Our company reserves the right to cancel an event service order at any time for any reason. If we cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund.
Delivery of floral goods is considered final and non-refundable 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
6. Delivery
We deliver our floral arrangements and event florals to the specified location at the agreed-upon time window. If the customer is not available to receive the delivery and we are unable to leave the arrangements in a safe and visible location at the delivery address, a redelivery fee of $25 will be charged to the customer. Our company is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur after delivery.
7. Order changes
If the customer wishes to make any changes to their order within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, our company will make every effort to accommodate the changes but cannot guarantee that the changes will be possible.
8. Terms Modifications
Our company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes by email or on our website.

9. Limitation of liability
Flower Shop Studio LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Design variations
Please note that the design of the floral arrangements may vary from the product photos displayed on the service. We make every effort to follow special requests but may be unable to due to the nature of the perishable goods and the use of seasonal flowers. While we make every effort to create arrangements that you love, you understand and agree that the final product may not resemble the product photo. We strive to ensure that all arrangements are of equal or greater value and quality to those depicted in the product photos.
